What is Citrus Health Network | FIU Embrace Medical Center?

FIU Embrace has partnered with Citrus Health Network to provide primary care, gynecology and behavioral services for patients with developmental disorders such as Autism, intellectual disabilities, and other neurodevelopmental disorders.

• What does a care coordinator help with?

  Care coordinator helps patients:

  • providing needed resources to patients
  • resolve patients concerns and identify solution
  • engage & link patients with agency partners to support needs
  • work in partnership with outside agencies
  • process medical referrals such as diagnostic tests or specialist
• What ages do you see for behavioral health?

  6 years and up

• What are your hours of operation?
